HOT VOX music promotions are dedicated to programming quality live music events across London and beyond, helping both established and emerging artists showcase their talents and reach new audiences. In the past 12 months, HOT VOX have programmed more than 600 shows and helped over 2,500 artists perform to thousands of music fans across the capital
HOT VOX music promotions are dedicated to programming quality live music events across London and beyond, helping both established and emerging artists showcase their talents and reach new audiences. In the past 12 months, HOT VOX have programmed more than 600 shows and helped over 2,500 artists perform to thousands of music fans all across the capital, as well as showcasing talent via ‘HOT VOX TV’ and our monthly podcast ‘Sound Gallery’.
HOT VOX are also proud to work with three major UK festivals, including Isle of Wight Festival, The Great Escape Festival and Indie Week, Manchester and assist on industry panels and curation at COMA Festival in Brazil, Jigsaw Festival and Spotlight.
HOT VOX are involved in casting for TV, advertising and film, having recently worked on adverts for Sainsbury’s, KFC, Lucozade, Boots, Rimmel London and Guinness. HOT VOX also work closely with Cargo Rooms, a top-spec rehearsal complex whose members include a Mercury Prize winning artist.In addition to working with original artists, HOT VOX can offer paid, corporate performance work in over 150 venues within the M25 through booking agencySunday Soul Lounge.
HOT VOX are offering an opportunity to join the company via a student work placement and become part of a fun, lively, hard-working team, whilst helping artists grow and develop within the music industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern with a passion for live music and events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain real experience in music promotion, offering an insight into the live sector, as well as countless valuable networking opportunities.
The successful applicant will help in all aspects of the business from promotion and music consultancy. However, the main focus will be on
Stage Repping (looking after and running gigs).
In order to apply for this, post you will need: –
We have thousands of talented artists, and we love to shout about them! We’re looking for a dedicated team-member to help with;
full promotion of our events and artists
helping with our social media accounts
artwork, posters, promotional videos,
full brand creation and development.
You will also have the opportunity to interview bands,
manage our Spotify account as well as curating playlists,
writing news articles and music reviews.
You will also learn how to stage rep live events at multiple venues around London, running box office, looking after bands and artists during sound checks, and making sure the gig runs smoothly from beginning to end
You will get to work closely with the Isle Of Wight Festival as part of the New Blood Competition and work in partnership and alongside third party suppliers and companies such as ReverbNation, PowerStudio, TuneCore, Cargo Rooms, TicketWeb, War Child, Solo Agency, Indie Week, Columbo Group, DHP Family, CD Baby, Tileyard, Autonomy Music Group, SAFO Music and many many more.
As a valued member of the team you will be encouraged to come up with your own exciting ideas and ventures to help the company expand and develop our artists.
Our trainee will be comfortable tasks such as;
Pitching ideas and lead projects
Launching new ideas,
Creating a music industry focussed product
Developing a printed music magazine
Launching charity events.
You should be;
Able to work in a flexible manner
Passionate about music, events and media
