This apprenticeship combines creative industry employment 5 days a week for 12+ months.There will be remote learning for several hours a week & 2 day a month masterclass in L3 Junior Content Production. Potential of a permanent position at the end

The Creative Assistant (Digital) is responsible for assisting and executing the highest quality of brand experience across all digital platforms, with a focus on communication assets for music releases & events. Working as part of a small team to produce relevant visuals to releases, events & merchandising, the position requires an understanding of typography, graphic and multimedia skills.
Create and resize digital communications media.
Support the Head of Creative and ensure a high standard of quality, with attention to detail, across all deliverables.
Continuously motivate and spur brand communications through design and creativity across all digital channels.
Develop personal skills through working with the team.
Collaborate with Creative team to develop campaigns and marketing materials for brand merch collections and special projects.
Support the marketing team with creation of presentations in keynote.
Deliver an appropriate creative approach for projects and offer recommendations or solutions to ideas, as needed.
General multimedia software skills will be necessary. Overall, the position has the responsibility to drive visual media and provide support to the creative team on daily deliverables. The Creative Assistant supports and propels the in-house Creative team.
Creative individual with a passion for music, graphic design & social media.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a small team.
Understanding of photoshop, illustrator & keynote.
Willingness to learn & get stuck in to the projects & share ideas.
Ability to combine creative and strategic thinking.
Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to effectively support multiple projects, in various phases, and under deadlines.
Ability to resize artwork in photoshop.
